With over 35 years of experience as an Executive Chef and Food Stylist, Chef Claire has left her mark on everything from intimate dinners to large-scale events. Notably, she served as the lead chef for the opening gala of the Hudson Valley Food & Wine Festival and styled products that have appeared in national publications.
After spending more than two decades traveling for her culinary career and working with celebrated chefs such as Bradley Ogden, Charlie Trotter, Jet Tila, and Emeril Lagasse, Chef Claire has chosen to create a welcoming haven for women seeking renewal and inspiration.
Guided by her mantra, “Connect. Create. Savor.,” she invites you to the Hudson Valley Culinary Retreat for Women—a place to feel at home, discover local flavors, and forge meaningful connections.
