Policy for Chef Claire's Creations Cooking Classes By registering for a class with Chef Claire's Culinary Creations, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Registration and Payment • Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the class. • We accept all major credit cards and other forms of payment as indicated on our website. • Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and your spot is not confirmed until payment is received. 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy Due to the nature of our classes, which involve purchasing fresh ingredients and preparing for a specific number of attendees, we have a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations by You: • 7 or more days before the class: You will receive a full refund or a credit to be used for a future class. • 2-6 days before the class: You will receive a credit for the full amount paid, to be used for a future class. No refunds will be issued. • Less than 48 hours before the class: We are unable to offer a refund or credit. You are welcome to send someone in your place. Please notify us of the new attendee's name and contact information at least 24 hours prior to the class. • Cancellations by Us: • In the rare event that we must cancel a class due to low enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or an emergency, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance. • You will be given the option of a full refund or a credit toward a future class. 3. Health, Safety, and Liability Waiver Your safety is our top priority. By participating in our class, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • Inherent Risks: You understand that you are voluntarily participating in a cooking class that involves the use of sharp knives, hot stoves, and other kitchen equipment. You assume full responsibility for any injuries that may occur as a result of your participation. • Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, our kitchen handles common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
